Walking aids relieve partially or fully the painful or obscure lower limb.
Sticks can relieve partially, and give stability. Crutches can relieve fully, if both of the crutches are in use at the same time. There are multi footed sticks to enhance the stability. The benefits of these devices is that they can stand themselves still, so supporting is not the only function of these sticks, but there is the opportunity to cling. Sticks are available in wide range from the adjustable metal designed modells to the wooden made. The elbow crutches are available for children, too. |
