CAD-CAM SYSTEM

OrtoProfil Kft. was the first to launch and operate cad-cam system in Hungary, which is able to capture shape virtually and make CAM system modell. It is called Omega Tracer System and was developed by Ohio Willow Wood company more then 10 years ago.

T-RING |
T-Ring was the company's first own development, which is now available in 12 countries. The system can be operated by the orthopaedic technician. It is portable and easy to use. T-Ring capture a virtual picture of the shape with four digital cameras and is accurate to 0,5 mm. Primarily it is aplicable with femoral- and shin stump. |

| For other cases there are further available tools to scan so the possibility of modelling is practicly limitless. |

The system is aplicable in the following fields of orthopaedic technology:
- Lower and upper limb prosthesis (trans-femoral, trans-tibial, knee-ex) and orthesis;
- Trunk and spine orthesis
- Scanning positive and negative casts
- Copying already existing scone
- Knee orthesis
- External cosmetics.
Constructing, changing and storage of the samples can be performed on the computer. |
